Highland Park 12 Jahre Single Malt Scotch Whisky ist ein vollmundiger schottischer single malt Whisky. Er ist der größte Allrounder unter den Whiskys. In ihm verschmelzen Malzigkeit, Rauch, Heidehonignoten und Sherrycharakter zu einem vollen, runden und perfektem Ganzen. Eine charakteristische Honigsüße wird gefolgt von Süße und Anklängen von Heidekraut. Am Gaumen ist er trocken und hinterlässt ein Leicht rauchiges Gefühl sowie ein Aroma, das Appetit auf mehr macht. Im Jahre 1979 wurde dieser Single Malt urheberrechtlich geschützt und ist seither die Hauptvariante der Destillerie.
